2) Proposal
Scope of work, allowances, and schedule. We confirm what’s included and what’s not.
3) Pre-Construction
Material ordering, start date confirmation, and protection plan for the home.
4) Demo & Prep
Safe demolition, dust control, disposal, and substrate prep for long-term results.
5) Build
Install work completed to spec with daily cleanup and communication.
6) Closeout
Punch list, final walkthrough, and care/maintenance guidance.
What we need from you
- Project goals, target timeline, and budget range (if you have one).
- Photos and approximate dimensions.
- Material selections or a willingness to choose from options we propose.
- Access plan (occupied home vs. vacant, work hours, pets, etc.).
